As a maritime country, Indonesia has a wealth of abundant fishery products spread in almost every region, including the city of Lhokseumawe, Aceh province. The occasional fish catch can soar high until the number is excessive and cannot be accommodated in its own territory. Sometimes a lot of fish just decay. On the other hand, fish processing industry players in the surrounding area are also one of the recipients of fish, but due to the lack of facilities and public knowledge to increase the selling value of fish, most of the tuna is only used as a food product that must be exhausted in the long term. short time because the quality of the product will decrease if left unchecked. Processing of tuna into several processed food products that have good prospects in the field of fisheries and food. so that the resulting product is clean and free from germs and dirt. For this reason, through this program, the proposer tries to try and develop processed fish products in the form of ready-to-eat food from fishermen's harvests that have been processed as local products previously. has been sterilized using an autoclave so that it becomes one of the national superior products to assist farmers in Indonesia in increasing the productivity of fish that have great economic prospects and can increase income in fishing villages.
