Abstract— The administration of this customs is to facilitate and shorten the process of handling the documents and documents required at the time of the arrival of the ship and need the ship, so that it is more effective and efficient. The purpose of this research is to know the administration process of ship arrival and receiving ship departing, Loading Orders, preparing documents, preparing supporting facilities, and encouraging the receipt of completeness of data, Handling of Cargo Documents to Customs, Submitting a copy of Certificate of Original (COO) ), The type of research used is qualitative research methods and data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that in the implementation of the Administration of the Port at PT Pertamina Trans Continental Branch-Arun Lhokseumawe has been effective.
