Author Guidelines

Carefully read the submission guidelines as follows:

A. General Requirements

Submitting a manuscript, the author is obliged to conduct registration on the system. General provisions used in the submitted journal are the suitability of the topic of the journal in the scope of electrical engineering. Every manuscript sent will pass the review stage (review) from relevant experts in their fields. The manuscript that has been reviewed will be sent back to the author for repairs when requested. Manuscript that have been corrected or have been approved by reviewers will be published in the nearest edition.

The minimum standard requirements of journal must be:

  • Written in English or Indonesia. 
  • The length of submitted paper is at least 4 pages and no more than 10 pages. Editors will be evaluated if the papers are needing more pages than 10 pages.
  • Make sure that your paper is prepared using the article template.


B. Manuscript Structure

STANDARD PAPERS. Manuscripts provided in A4 paper.

The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present follow the structure:

Title Page

  • A concise and informative title.
  • A list of author names, affiliation(s), and e-mail addresses.
  • The name, complete mailing address (including e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers) of the corresponding author.

AbstractThe abstract should outline the purpose of the paper and the main results, conclusions and recommendations, using clear, factual, numbered statements. The whole abstract should be readily understandable to all the Journal's readers and must not exceed 400 words.

Keywords. A list in 3-6 words or short phrases, separated with commas (,).

Introduction. State the reason for the work, the context, background, state of the art of the reserach, and of the aims research.

Methods. Methods. In this section the researcher must explain the type of research and research approach used, data collection techniques, data analysis techniques, research tools or instruments. Place of study, location and time. Explain in detail so that it can be understood by the reader.

Results and Discussions. State the results of experimental or modelling work, drawing attention to important details in tables and figures. Point out the importance of the results and place them in the context of previous studies and in relation to the application of the work.

Conclusion. The main conclusions of the experimental work should be presented. The contribution of the work to the scientific community and its economic implications should be emphasized.

References. The contents of this script should be corresponding to references mention at the end of this paper. The references should followed by the number of references.  Example: ...[1]. References should be written in the APA style. Every reference should be written in the reference section due to the order of each reference in this paper. The minimum number of references is 5.

Manuscript Submission

Manuscript submission in this journal proceeds totally online and the author will be guided stepwise by the journal system through uploading the manuscript file. The manuscript submitted should be in Word document format that can be edited for the single-blind peer-review purpose.

Reviewing of manuscripts

Every submitted paper is independently reviewed by at least one peer-reviewers. Decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is based upon their reports/recommendation. If one or more reviewers consider a manuscript unsuitable for publication in this journal, a statement explaining the basis for the decision will be sent to the authors within two months of the submission date.

Revision of manuscripts

Manuscripts sent back to the authors for revision should be returned to the editor without delay. Revised manuscripts can be sent to editorial office through the Online Submission Interface. The revised manuscripts returned later than two months will be considered as new submissions.

After acceptance

Corresponding authors will receive an e-mail with a link to our online proofing system, allowing annotation and correction of proofs online. The environment is similar to MS Word: in addition to editing text, you can also comment on figures/tables and answer questions from the Editor. It is important to ensure that all corrections are sent back to us in one communication. Please check carefully before replying, as inclusion of any subsequent corrections cannot be guaranteed.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submitted article has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).

  2. The submitted article are free from PLAGIARISM and other Copyright infringements.

  3. The submission file is in WPS Office, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format. Do not submit a PDF format.

  4. The submitted article must follow Author Guideline of this journal including the References.

  5. The submitted article has been written according to the given template.
