KAFARAT SALAT (Kajian Otentisitas Sebagian Dalil-Dalil Ulama Mazhab)

Salat is different worship with other worship such as fasting, zakat and hajj. Worship besides prayers when left can be replaced with the ways set out in scripture (the Qur'an and the Hadith) such as making up, pay fidyah, pay expiation either personally or represented by others, either alive or dead. Unlike the case with prayer, no proposition either from the Qur'an and hadith that explains how to replace the prayer for the person who left it intentionally by any means both when alive and even more so after the person dies. But in everyday life there are some people who practice the majority opinion among the scholars to pay expiation prayers people have died. Having examined the arguments that are used to legalize the practice showed that the arguments used is a proposition that is not based on the Qur'an and the hadith but rather the result of ijtihad scholars doubt the authenticity of their arguments. So it can be understood that the prayers of worship commanded by nas qath'I (definitely) (Qur'an and Hadith) can not be replaced by paying an expiation prayers that argument very doubtful validity.
