Abstract

The periodic table is an important tool in chemistry used to organize elements based on their atomic properties. Although very useful, conventional teaching methods are often considered boring by students, which can reduce their interest and understanding of this material. This research aims to design and develop an educational game “Elemental Conqueror†specifically designed for high school and vocational school students. This game offers an interactive and fun approach to help students understand the chemical periodic table. Through challenges and missions tailored to complex chemical concepts, this game is expected to increase student motivation and engagement in the learning process. In this game, ers will be faced with questions related to the periodic table. If the player successfully answers, they will get a reward in the form of atoms that are used to open the door in each level. The game has two levels that must be completed by the player to win the game, providing an immersive and entertaining learning experience.
