Abstrak— Sistem otomatisasi yang banyak digunakan pada saat ini Berbasis Zelio Soft 2 yaitu kendali logika terprogram yang merupakan suatu piranti elektronik yang dirancang untuk beroperasi secara digital dengan menggunakan memory sebagai media penyimpanan instruksi- instruksi internal untuk menjalankan fungsi-fungsi logika, seperti fungsi pencacah, fungsi pewaktu, fungsi urutan proses, fungsi aritmatika, dan fungsi yang lainnya dengan cara memprogramnya. sistem pengolahan air mineral secara otomatis berbasis Zelio Soft2 sehingga dapat di kontrol dengan menggunakan Zelio Smart Relay. Zelio smart relay adalah salah satu jenis PLC (Programmable Logic Control) keluaran Scheneider elektric. Smart relay memiliki kelebihan salah satunya adalah efisien, hal ini dikarenakan program yang dibuat dapat mewakili banyaknya komponen-komponen elektronika. pengujian perancangan sistem otomatisasi pengolahan air mineral berbasis Zelio Soft 2 ini terdiri dari 4 hasil pengujian, yaitu hasil pengujian program ladder diagram, hasil pengujian sistem pengisian penampungan air bersih, hasil pengujian sistem pengisian penampungan air mineral dan hasil pengujian sistem sikat galon, pencucian, bilas dan pengisian air ke dalam galon. Dengan perancangan sistem otomatisasi dapat meningkatkan mutu dan efesiensi waktu serta efektifitas di dalam proses Pengolahan Air Mineral.

Abstract— The automation system that is widely used at the moment is based on Zelio Soft 2, which is programmed logic control, which is an electronic device designed to operate digitally using memory as a storage medium for internal instructions to perform logic functions, such as counter functions, timer functions , the function of the process sequence, arithmetic functions, and other functions by programming it. Zelio Soft2 based automatic water treatment system so that it can control using Zelio Smart Relay. Zelio smart relay is one of the Scheneider electric PLC (Programmable Logic Control) types. Smart relay has advantages, one of which is efficient, this is because programs that are made can represent the number of electronic components. The design testing of Zelio Soft 2 based mineral water processing automation system consists of 4 test results, namely the results of testing the ladder diagram program, the results of testing the filling system for clean water storage, the results of testing the mineral water storage filling system and the test results of the brush gallon system, washing, rinsing and filling water into gallons. With the design of an automation system can improve the quality and efficiency of time and effectiveness in the process of Mineral Water Treatment.
