Skills (skills) for alumni are needed in improving performance in the face of global competition. Competition in finding jobs for alumni is increasingly high. For Electronics Technology Study Program alumni, the skills gained during the three years of the lecture period need to be improved through special activities such as training. One of the skills that needs to be improved for alumni of the Electronic Technology Study Program is the application of a microcontroller to an electronic controller system. Microcontroller-based electronic control is very widely applied to small scale industries and large scale industries. This skill improvement is done by simulation methods and practice. The simulation method uses the microcontroller application simulator program, and the practical method of assembling the microcontroller application modules in the control system. These simulations and practices selected as training materials for improving skills are advanced modules not taught in lectures. The number of training participants is limited to 8 (eight) alumni, with training time of 40 hours. The target of this activity is certification of skilled and advanced levels.
