Aquaculture is the fastest growing food production sector in the world with a projection that production will double in the next 15-20 years. However, to run a cultivation system must have a large area and large capital. Surely this will be a new problem for farmers who do not have large tracts of land and only have minimal capital. On this issue PKM team as academics in Higher Education to overcome these problems by introducing or giving training in how to cultivate that does not require large land and large capital, called "Budikdamber (Cultivation in a Bucket) Plus Aquaponics". The working system of this budikdamber is to cultivate fish and vegetables in one bucket which is an aquaponic system (fish and vegetable polyculture). During this developing aquaponic system requires pumps and filters which ultimately require electricity, large land, expensive and complicated costs. This budikdamber is the opposite of this complicated method. The target of this budikdamber can be a fish culture system for the smallest consumption needs in the world and is very suitable for people in Tanah Terban Village, Karang Baru District, Aceh Tamiang District. The outputs of community service activities are: the creation of a fisheries group that understands and understands the application of cultivation in a bucket (Budikdamber) plus aquaponics and can open a family income source for the fisheries group.
