Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement is a waste from damaged pavement. Reclaimed pavement creates problems in countermeasures to the environment. An alternative to minimizing reclaimed pavement is by recycling. Used tires (Crumb Rubber) are used to know the value of Marshall parameters on reclaimed asphalt pavement as recycling materials in Asphalt Concrete – Wearing Course (AC – WC). Research reverse the standards that apply to AC-WC mixtures. Reclaimed asphalt that used from Banda Aceh Medan Km. 295-300 North Aceh Regency, Aceh Province. Crumb Rubber which is used as a screen substitute to improve the aggregate gradation and product from processing used tires with the Ambient Grinding method. Extraction results obtained that the aggregate gradation didn't fulfill the specifications of Bina Marga 2018 with asphalt content of 5.2%. The ideal asphalts content from aggregate gradation are 5,5%, 6,0%, 6,5%, 7,0%, 7,5% with the optimum asphalt content 6,2%. At an optimum asphalt content of 6.2%, the asphalt content must be increased by 1% from the extraction results. The amount addition of crumb rubber in 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, and 25% obtained 9.51 gr, 19.01 gr, 28.52 gr, 38.02 gr, and 47.53 gr. Values of Marshall parameter relatively fulfill the specifications with the optimum
value obtained at the addition of Crumb Rubber by 10% with the stability of 2112 kg, flow 5.0 mm, VMA 23.7%, VIM 13.5%, VFB 62.7%, MQ 430, 8 kN / mm, and a density 2,091 gr / cm3.
