Arduino-based kit trainers with SMS Gateway are practicum modules designed to be used in several experiments in microcontroller practicum. Experiments that can be done start from testing the connection of sending and receiving information data via SMS, secure temperature telemetry, early warning, lighting control, and home security systems. This Trainer kit is designed with the aim to improve the ability of the practitioner in applying the microcontroller that is Arduino which is currently widely used. The design of this trainer kit starts from designing the system including hardware and software. Next, the trainer kit is tested. The results of the trainer kit design are job sheets that can be applied to the laboratory.
