Abstract: This study aims to examine the factors that affect employee turnover intention at PT. World Innovative Telecommunication (OPPO) Padang. This research is a quantitative research that is intended to test the model that explains the relationship between variables. Purpose of the study by hypothetical testing of 88 employees using stuctural equation modeling. While the sampling method is simple random sampling. Based on the results of this study, can be concluded as follows: Organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a negative and significant influence on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention,and  job satisfaction mediates partially the relationship between organizational commitment and turnover intention.
