PENGARUH RELIGI DAN HARGA TERHADAP PERMINTAAN PERUMAHAN SYARIAH DI KOTA MEDAN

The purpose of this study is to study the factors that affect the demand for sharia housing in the city of Medan. Variable in this research consist of 5 independent variable that is religion, price, facility, location and income. The type of this research is quantitative research with research location in sharih housing in Medan city which consists of Puri Zahara I and Zahara II, Puri Adam Malik Housing and Griya Raihan Housing. The population of this study amounted to 991 families with a sample of 90 families. Sampling is done by simple random sampling technique. Data is processed by using multiple linear regression. The results showed that religious variables and price significantly to the demand for sharia housing in Medan city partially. This is evidenced by the value of t count> ttable that is religion (14,377> 1,988) and price (2,70> 1,988). While simultaneously, religious and price variables together have a significant effect on the demand for sharia housing in Medan which is proved by f_hitung > from f_tabel (182,551 > 2,323).
