Abstract : Economic growth continued to decline due the economic sector structure is not strong in the face of turmoil from the external or internal shocks. Another cause is the lack of downstream industries such as SMEs get optimal attention when SMEs have proved able to have a competitive advantage and dynamics in economic growth significantly. Phenomena occurring in Indonesian SMEs still face a number of difficulties and obstacles that impede and complicate their operations and growth, such as low levels of product quality, competitiveness, diversification, innovation, and entrepreneurial culture is weak. On the basis of the above we want to know the influence of emotional intelligence, organizational climate and employee creativity in entrepreneurial orientation. With sample 127 SMEs in Madiun using path analysis concluded that emotional intelligence have a significant positive effect on organizational climate, employee creativity and entrepreneurial orientation. Other results suggested that organizational climate and employee creativity have significant positive effect on entrepreneurial orientation.
