DAMPAK REKRUTMEN, SELEKSI, DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT BANK XYZ TBK CABANG PADANG

Abstrak


Abstract: This research is aimed to study the impact of Recruitment, Selection, and Motivation on the Employees Performance of PT Bank XYZ Tbk Padang Branch. The independent variables are Recruitment (X1), Selection (X2), and Motivation (X3). Meanwhile, the dependent variable is Performance (Y). The sample of this research is 40 respondents by using census technique, in which all population is considered the sample. This research uses primary data, and those are analyzed using SPSS 20 program. The findings of this research show that recruitment variable gives positive impact but not significant on the employees performance, whereas selection and motivation variable give positive impacts and significant on the employees performance of PT Bank XYZ Tbk Padang Branch.
