PENGARUH MOTIVASI TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA PEGAWAI DINAS PENGELOLAAN PASAR KEBERSIHAN DAN PERTAMANAN KABUPATEN BIREUEN

Abstrak


Abstract : The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of employees of the Office of Management of Market Hygiene and Gardening Bireuen District. This research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of the Bireuen Market and Sanitation Market Management Agency, with a sample size of 42 employees. Data were collected by filling out the questionnaire, then the data was processed quantitatively. The results showed that the results partially (Test t) obtained t value for the motivation variable of 3.180 and t-table of 1.684 with a significance value of 0.003. Using the 0.05 significance level. So t-count is bigger than t-table (3,180> 1,684) thus motivation variable positively influence to work performance officer of Office of Market Management of Hygiene And Gardening. Based on the results simultaneously (f test) it can be explained f-count value of 6.032, while the f-table at the level of significance of 5% or 0.05 is 4.08. This shows that f-arithmetic> f-table with a significance level of 0.003. From the results of this test it can be concluded that the variable of motivation has a positive effect on the performance of employees of the Office of Market Management of Hygiene and Gardening.
