ALTERNATIF PEMILIHAN JENIS BAHAN BAKU BIODIESEL DENGAN METODE ANALITIC NETWORK PROCESS (ANP)

Abstrak


Biodisel dianggap energi alternatif yang ramah lingkungan dan dapat diperbaharui secara terus-menerus, karena bersumber dari tumbuhan  dan minyak mikroorganisme oleaginous, seperti ; minyak biji Pohon Jarak Pagar (Jatropa Curcas), Ganggang (Algae), Khamir/Ragi (Yeast). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memilih sumber bahan baku biodiesel yang paling optimal dan bernilai ekonomis untuk dikembangkan. Metode pengambilan keputusan yang digunakan adalah Analitic Network Process (ANP), dengan enam kriteria untuk memilih bahan baku biodiesel yaitu kualitas dan ketersediaan bahan baku, karakteristik  lahan produksi, proses produksi, lingkungan hidup, faktor ekonomi dan pasar, dan faktor pemerintah. Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa bahan baku biodiesel dari minyak tanaman jarak pagar (Jatropa Curcas) merupakan sumber bahan baku yang paling potensi untuk dikembangkan dibandingkan dengan dua sumber bahan baku biodiesel lainnya yaitu Ganggang (Algae) dan Khamir/Ragi (Yeast).
